To book an in-person appointment: Available on Thursdays and Fridays at Pennant Medical Services, near Caernarfon. Dates with availability are listed in bold in the calendar below.
To book an online appointment: Available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Once you’ve booked via the calendar, we’ll be in touch to confirm your preference for an online appointment and advice re the video call.
Online Saturday morning appointments are available on request (09.00-13.00) - please email info@jayalife.com with your preferred date and time

Our clinic
Our clinic is based at Pennant Private Medical Services, Ty Gwair, Llanwnda, Caernarfon, LL54 5SD, ideally located for Anglesey, Bangor, Llandudno, Conwy, Llŷn Peninsula, and North Wales.
The clinic team is available 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and will return messages as soon as possible.
If you can’t make it in person, appointments are also available online, so you can access expert care from the comfort of your home, wherever you are in the UK.
