Our consultation fees

At Jaya Life, we believe in complete transparency, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect before your appointment.

Every consultation is designed to give you the time, expertise and personalised care you deserve, so you will become informed and confident in your health decisions. There are no hidden costs, and every appointment includes a written summary letter that you can share with your NHS GP or any other healthcare professional involved in your care.

Whatever support you are seeking whether about the  (peri)menopause, PMS, PMDD, POI, or contraception or if you are looking for a comprehensive women’s health check, our pricing is simple:

Initial consultation (60 mins): £295
Follow-up consultation (30 mins): £195

Our pricing also includes the cost of writing your prescription, a fee many private providers add on separately. As we are not commissioned by the NHS, you will need to pay for any medication directly at the pharmacy.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. If you cancellation within 72 hours of your appointment, or are unable to attend, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and exceptional circumstances will be considered, at our discretion.

What’s included in your appointment

Every consultation at Jaya Life provides much more than just advice on the day. Our goal is to equip you with a clear plan and the confidence to take control of your health.

Here’s what you can expect from your appointment:

  • Unhurried, expert consultation with time to explore your full history, symptoms, and concerns.

  • A holistic approach, looking at immediate symptoms and long-term health.

  • A personalised care plan, tailored to your needs and preferences.

  • Evidence-based recommendations following British Menopause Society (BMS) and NICE guidance.

  • A written summary, which you can share with your GP or other clinicians for seamless ongoing care.

  • Prescription if required (private medications require a payment)

  • Option to book in for blood tests (if required- additional cost)

Blood tests: We are happy to review blood test results taken within the last 12 months by your GP / NHS prior to your appointment. We can also offer blood tests in the clinic (additional costs) or arrange access remote blood taking by Randox.
